HI, I'M LACEY

I LEAD WITH LOVE, NOT FORCE.

I am a yin practitioner in the healing arts, blending over a decade of extensive education and experience into every facet of my transformative work. My practice is grounded in the core values of love, authenticity, and empowerment. As the founder of Laced with Love, I craft healing experiences for individuals across all ages and life stages.

My work ranges from serving as a death doula to curating baby blessings. I also bring meditation & sound immersion to detox centers as well as mental health facilities. 

I customize ceremonies and meditations for both individual and group sessions, and my deepest passion for facilitating retreats is evident in the profound impact they have on participants.

My journey into the healing arts began after a series of accidents that led to life-altering neck injury, which catalyzed my mission to empower others to heal themselves. In this awakening, I sent my body & cells love, realizing our cells, organs, & body systems can hear us. They will heal if we simply slow down, tap in & listen. Sitting in silence, stillness & love curates the ultimate healing session. 

With a foundational background in psychology, I expanded my knowledge through Eastern practices at a yoga school in Guatemala. I thought I was fully healed until I furthered my education in massage school, understanding healing continues to unfold along the journey. Continuing my knowledge, I mastered various modalities, and deepened my expertise through the mentorship of a shamanic practitioner, exploring the layers of sound healing.

I also played a pivotal role in establishing the yoga and meditation program at Thermae, a Florida retreat center, which led to the creation of my own brand. 

I beautifully blend science and spirituality to achieve homeostasis and healing. I help individuals birth their deepest desires into their divine destiny, guiding them to their unique place in the universe's grand symphony. 

Today, I beautifully integrate my extensive wisdom into life-changing experiences that soothe and uplift the soul. After many signs & messages, I crafted my podcast from my own two hands & a team that came together each step of the way. ​My current project is my children & adult book series. I am so excited to share all these gifts with the world. 

My truest gift is speaking to the universe through synchronicity. Through my guidance, I assist in attuning one to the signs that illuminate their path. Join me on this journey as We show the world the truest form of love.
